Social Glu is a project of Michelle Riggen-Ransom, a writer since she could hold a pen, a crafty marketer, a passionate start-up founder and a lifelong teller of True Stories and Adventures.

Michelle acquired her start-up chops at Amazon.com, where she worked in customer service as a project manager and fell madly in love with the Internet. She’s written for diverse publications from parenting blogs to BusinessWeek and dozens of places in between. She is an unflappable live-blogger (as long as there’s enough caffeine available) who can provide succinct, real-time summaries of some of the most fascinating presentations around. She loves science, writing, children and nature, not always in that order.
